Dan served as the Special Advisor, LINC, in the Office of the Vice-President, Research at Brock University from 2018 to 2020, and he was the founding Manager of BioLinc, Brock’s business and technology incubator, from 2012 to 2018. His commitment to assisting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and academic researchers is evident through his mentorship of entrepreneurs and facilitation of commercialization.
Before joining Brock, Dan was the founding Industry Liaison Manager for Innovation York at York University. He also served as Vice President of Commercialization and Chief Operating Officer at HTX, Ontario's Health Technology Exchange, a key player in the growth of Ontario’s medical and assistive technologies sector. Additionally, Dan worked as an Industrial Technology Advisor in the National Research Council's Industrial Research Assistance Program across Southern Ontario, including over five years at the University of Western Ontario. Todd Green is an associate professor in the Marketing, International Business and Strategy (MIBS) division at Brock University, where he teaches courses such as Intro to Marketing, Marketing Communications (undergraduate and MBA), Services Marketing, and MBA Consumer Behavior. Previously, he served as a lecturer in the Marketing Division at the University of Stirling in Scotland.
Todd’s research interests encompass corporate social responsibility (CSR), consumer behavior, environmentally friendly marketing, and the music industry, focusing on ethical issues and how consumers integrate ethics into music consumption. He has published articles in several reputable journals, including the Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Advertising, Long Range Planning, Journal of Consumer Marketing, European Journal of Marketing, Canadian Journal of Administrative Science, and Journal of Consumer Behaviour.
In addition to his academic work, Todd founded the charitable children's choir Tomorrow's Voices in 2017, which continues to thrive. Through this initiative, he combines his passion for music and community engagement, fostering creativity and collaboration among young singers.
