Judging Process

 The Inaugural  2024 TechBeat Technology Awards nominees will be reviewed through a 3-step evaluation process.

Based on internal research, qualifying companies to be invited to participate.

The TechBeat Executive Team will preliminarily scrutinize all nominations.

Winners must agree to participate in the TechBeat Awards Publicity Programme and sign up accordingly.

Publicity Programme 

Companies can self-nominate from respective regions, both nationally and internationally.

Entries will be sent to our Advisory Board for Jury evaluation.

Awards will be presented on December, 11, 2024 at The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto.

A nomination fee of CAD$250 is applicable per entry (this is the only nomination fee that you pay & is non-refundable).

The nomination fee of CAD$250 is non-refundable. It is used to cover processing and research costs associated with evaluating each entry. This ensures that we can maintain a thorough and fair assessment process for all submissions.

The final list of winners will be decided upon and published on the website, along with individual notifications.

The TechBeat Awards Publicity Package is a marketing investment that winners can leverage for one year. Brands can plan interviews, video stories, and social media mentions according to their marketing goals throughout the 12-month period. 

JUDGING CRITERIA

The Judging criteria differ by category. However, the emphasis is on the overall quality of the entry, the merits of the claims to Innovation, Decisiveness, Integrity, Strategic Vision, Commercial Viability, Growth, Benefit to Community, Environmental Sustainability, etc.

SUBMISSION OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

 

The online nomination should be followed by submitting supporting documents, which will be considered by the Jury in the Judging Process.

 

  • Profile of the company/group/individual
  • 250-500 words write up on the nominated entry
  • 2 Corporate Profile Pictures of the Nominee (If nominating for a particular category)
  • 5 different photographs of Project Nominated / Project promoted
  • Company logo in 300 DPI resolution (Open File)
  • Any CSR activity led by the company recently
  • Any other additional details to support the nomination

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 

  1. Only technology companies that are legally available to use in Asia, Europe, and the Americas can be entered for the Awards.
  2. Completed TECH projects that have been completely delivered from 1st August 2015 onwards are eligible for nomination.
  3. The nominated brands/technology companies should have all necessary approvals. The Awards Jury can request documentary proof of the information when required.
